Boarding is where a lot of dogs regress. A week in a loud kennel with no structure can undo months of work. We treat an overnight stay the way we treat a day here: predictable, calm, and supervised by people who understand behavior.

Your dog's days follow the same structured rhythm as daycare, and nights are genuinely quiet. Dogs already in a training program can keep working while you're away, so you don't come home to a reset.

Holiday rates apply the three days before and the three days after Easter, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Daycare regulars complete the 3-Day Evaluation and attend for one month before their first overnight. Training graduates complete the Evaluation, then they can board going forward. Non-holiday reservations need 48 hours' notice to cancel; holiday reservations need three weeks. We're a licensed operating kennel through the state of Illinois, insured and bonded.

Can you board a reactive or aggressive dog?

Frequently, yes. Dogs who can't safely board in open-play kennels are managed individually here, with structured solo time and careful handling. We assess fit at an evaluation first, because a safe stay matters more than a booked one.

Can my dog train while boarding?

Yes. Training sessions can be added to a stay at $35 each, or $162.50 for five and $300 for ten. Those are for dogs that have completed an e-collar or prong collar program with us. A 30-minute individual walk is priced the same.

Who can board with you?

Daycare regulars and dogs that have trained with us. Nobody boards here on a first visit. To be a daycare regular, your dog completes the 3-Day Daycare Evaluation ($145) and attends daycare for one month before the first overnight. Training graduates are exempt from that one-month attendance rule. Once they've completed the Evaluation, they can board going forward.

What owners ask us.

What do I need to bring for a boarding stay?

Your dog's food (we keep routines consistent), any medications with instructions, and any current training tools. We can add a bed to their kennel for you but please keep all personal belongings at home.

Do you board dogs that can't be around other dogs?

Yes. Dogs who can't safely share space are given structured solo routines and individual handling. We confirm the plan with you before the stay.

How will I know how my dog is doing?

You'll get honest updates during the stay. If something comes up, we call. We'd rather over-communicate than have you wondering.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

We're at 2926 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60612, in West Town on the city's West Side. We're open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 6pm.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off?

Yes. We run door-to-door transportation for daycare, boarding, and training clients, from Irving Park to the South Loop and from Belmont Cragin to the Lakefront. Your dog has to be approved for transport before you book.

What neighborhoods do you serve?

West Town, West Loop, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Bucktown, Humboldt Park, Ukrainian Village, Lincoln Park, Garfield Park, and Oak Park, among other areas across Chicago's West Side and near-north side.

How do I get started?

Daycare and boarding start with our 3-Day Evaluation, $145. Training starts with a $235 consultation with Jesse, in person at our facility or Oz Park, or over Google Meet. Either way we meet your dog, watch the behavior, and give you an honest read on what's realistic.
