Canine Perspective Facebook review "We adopted our happy guy at 4 months and he was 8 months when we called Jesse. We had also adopted a 3yr old minpin mix again � the day before our consultation. No problem for Jesse!! Wow, the power of obedience and discipline and some exercise. Also, the control and collars are awesome and you get used to using them. Our pups are in different stages and grew up differently, but Jesse helped us bring them together and taught us a lot of dog facts. He's pretty straightforward and honest. No time wasted. Must be willing to practice everyday to see change and a whole new connection with your dogs. Communication with Jesse was easy and he let us ask a lot of questions in person or email. I'm so thankful we found him so everyone's lives are a bit more relaxed with these techniques that we use everyday. Keep up the vlog and newsletter, Jesse!"
Canine Perspective Facebook review "I can't say enough about how knowledgable, dedicated and patient Jess has been with my dog and I. He has gone more than above and beyond to accommodate me with my extremely strong dog aggressive dog. He is thorough in explaining why he is using each method, and takes the time to teach me how to properly handle my dog in any given scenario. He will take the time to do it over and over, until we have the results we are looking for. I saw more results after 1 session than I've seen with multiple trainers, after 2 years of having my dog. Now for the first time in nearly 2 years, I've been able to pass dogs on the street without being in fear. I HIGHLY recommend Canine Perspective for all of your dog obedience needs"
Canine Perspective Facebook review "We hired Jesse back in July to help us train our rescue dogs (who both are 3 yrs old) just to walk better on their leashes and a few more general commands. BEST investment ever! I would pay him twice as much to do it again. Jesse was great! Always on time and gave the full hour plus. He was always making sure to answer all our questions and concerns. Took his time with us and the dogs. Within the first week of training, I had 2 completely different dogs that I could actually walk together without getting frustrated and pulled in 2 different directions (they did not walk good for me before). Canine Perspective Facebook review "Jesse is the best! He has been so helpful with now two of our dogs. The first was a bulldog and he has helped so much with overall obedience and her dog aggression. I had to stop bringing her to work and couldn't go to dog parks anymore, after a few sessions she was already so much better and can now come with me everywhere!! We also rescued a dog and he helped so much with assessing his personality and helping him settle in nicely. No matter what the issue, Jesse can help and has so much knowledge!"

Canine Perspective Facebook review "Jess is absolutely amazing. I used to dread walking my Pitt because he was so strong and would pull me everywhere, and would react to every dog we would see, even if it was across the street. We tried other trainers with no success. Two sessions with Jess and he was heeling perfectly even with other dogs around and was coming right away when called, enough that I felt comfortable letting him outside without a leash on, which we never thought was a possibility. We can also go to the dog park and outdoor patios with him again. Jess went above and beyond to help with training, and we are so grateful to him!"
Canine Perspective Facebook review "Jesse was fantastic with my dog Nova! Nova was afraid of many big dogs to the point high pitch yelps and hiding under the bench. Just in general, she is anxious about some things. Jesse helped build up her confidence. She probably won't play with every big dog we meet but now she doesn't hide from them, she just ignores them. She is more confident and getting more so everyday. Jesse gave me the tools I needed to help my dog work through her issues. I would highly recommend working with him to help you help your dog."

Doug came to us as a scared, nervous pup who was un-trusting of humans. Doug would constantly growl at new people, did not walk well on a leash, and generally did not like when visitors came to the door. We started working with Jesse at Canine Perspective and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same! Jesse taught us that Doug needed rules and structure to help calm his nerves and help him feel safe. Jesse was knowledgeable and spent the time to truly understand Doug and what he personally needed to be a well-behaved pup. Jesse is attentive, knowledgeable, and a great teacher for pups and their families. We can attest that Jesse is truly the dog whisperer of Chicago!"

Jesse came all the way to central Wisconsin to work with us in person and was the only dog trainer I could find that even knew what to do with her. Her behavior has improved significantly, and she is now a lot more fun to be around. I cannot recommend Canine Perspective highly enough."

Canine Perspective Facebook review "Our girl Roxie, just adores Jesse and his gang! Jesse treats her like one of his own pets and she is always excited to go and stay at his house while we travel. He sends me pics everyday and an update about how she is doing. She greets him like she greets us, so I know he takes great care of her while we are away. Jesse was her trainer as a puppy and she is totally obedient and well trained. I recommend Canine Perspective for anyone with a new puppy or a rescue that may have obedience or training issues. Jesse is our Dog Whisperer!"

Canine Perspective Facebook review "We rescued our pit bull, Joni, at around 5 months. She was a lovable snuggle bug half of the time, and the other half of the time she was hyper, anxious energy. Around 10-12 months, we noticed she was exhibiting some resource guarding behavior and enrolled her in your typical obedience training course recommended by the doggie day care we took her to at the time (positive reinforcement with treats, etc.) We worked on her behaviors using this method for a while, without seeing much improvement. Eventually, she was kicked out of her doggie day care because of her growing aggression toward other dogs. Shortly after this, she bit a friend and then a family member, and we finally realized we needed to do some serious training with her - something that would stick. We found Jess's information and contacted him immediately. After our free consultation with Jess, we knew right away that he knew what he was doing and would work hard to make sure we saw results with Joni. It only took the first session with Jess to see her behavior improve - it was almost a complete 180. Not only have her aggressive tendencies ceased, but she now walks leash-less and has 100% recall. Her hyperactivity and anxiety have subsided, and she is now such a happy and confident dog. We cannot recommend Jess's training services highly enough. He has taken the every day stress out of our relationship with Joni. We now feel 100% confident in her ability to listen and behave in any situation. Thank you, Jess!!!"

I was ready to get rid of my dog at 6 months old...it was the last thing i ever wanted to do..i tried so many trainers and nobody could help him..he was becoming vicious n mean..and seeing that he was a pitt i knew that if i didn't help him, no one else would.. I was tired stressed always crying and just loosing hope...my last try i reached out 2 jesse and at our first meet up he was able to help my dog in the first 10 min more then any other previous trainer..ive recommended him to all my family n friends and i continue to do so...jesse changed not only my dogs life but mine as well...now i have a beautiful strong confident dog..thank u 100 times over jesse!!
